What’s Next From Us
- Make sure your temporary insurance card has been filled out. Your policy number should be available within 2 weeks.
- You will receive physical mail or an email from your insurance carrier. This will contain important information, like your policy number and permanent card (if the carrier does not use an app instead)
- We will contact you regarding any needed information or missing documentation to make sure your policy doesn’t get cancelled.

- Find a primary care provider near you covered by your carrier and schedule an appointment.
